Q: Why did you not settle with eBay?
A: Good question, based on my circumstances I was willing - eBay was not.  eBay cancelled the EEOC Mediation meeting by the State of Utah's Mediator Bel Randell at 4 pm the day before the meeting was to be held the next morning.  Over the next two years a few mediation meetings were held.  In all the meetings with eBay's Corporate Attorneys and hired representative counsel, eBay made only one offer - for half my legal fees and a promise that they would not sue me.

Q: What is the goal for your book?
A: To reimburse my legal, medical and personal expenses.  To financially continue my quest for justice by appealing the Arbitrator's "unduly influenced" and "flawed" decision back to Federal Court. To let people know the truth about eBay, Meg Whitman, Wendy Jones, Carolyn Patterson and Susan Dutton. The details and documents are contained within my book - Kepas vs. eBay.

Q: How is your Tinnitus?
A: I have experienced some significant improvements, yet I still have tinnitus.  The noise is always present, though at lower levels than in 2006.  I do have flare ups when the noise is extremely disturbing. I have found employment that allows me to function and contribute to society in a meaningful way.

Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) based on the neurophysiological model of tinnitus by Pawell J. Jastreboff.  A clinical approach for tinnitus (ringing in the ears) that results in significant improvement for most patients. This method uses a combination of low level, broad-band noise and counseling to achieve tinnitus habituation - that is the patient is no longer aware of their tinnitus, except when they focus their attention on it.
