Please find my site, ekepas.com, to provide you greater access to material and relevant information concerning my law suit against eBay for the injuries that I received due to the Intentional Discrimination, Age Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Retaliation and Wrongful Termination that I faced as an employee of eBay. Since I was forced into Arbitration & the Arbitrator Accepted eBay's motion to dismiss without hearing our presentation (see Chapter 4, Miscarriage of Justice, Arbitrator Theresa L. Corrada's Ruling), I took some of the public records after the Arbitration and wrote a book so that you can know the truth. Through the Discovery process eBay and/or their employees have bribed a witness, created false documents and altered a key email {see Chapters 6 & 7.)

Please note that In 2006 I appealed to Meg Whitman personally in a letter before filing my law suit - to seek her intervention. I met Meg Whitman in 2004 and was thanked by her for the work our eWatch Team did as she shook my hand in front of my team during her SLC trip.   Matt Durham, the attorney representing eBay, said that my plea for assistance enraged Meg Whitman and only made matters worse. I had served eBay as the sole Global eWatch Manager for 18 months (and 3 years as an eWatch Manager), which in other words is the Global Customer Support Manager of Site Issues and Escalations.  My eWatch team escalated all eBay site issues to either Site Operations or Product Development.  No site errors were marked as fixed unless eWatch signed off on it.  I had the highest level access in Customer Support and was responsible to assign access to those who were the grantors of access who would in turn assign access to others. Needless to say, I was a highly trusted and valued employee of eBay.  I loved working for eBay because of their making Free Market trading accessible to many Globally (before being demoted by a conspiracy among Susan Dutton, Wendy Jones and Carolyn Patterson; in an effort by her friends to save her employment after her poor annual review by Eric Salvatierria) and greatly enjoyed working with most of my eBay peers all over the world.  

However, there is a Dark side within eBay.  Those who, in my opinion, in management associated with or had reporting responsibility for eBay's Porn Site.

When I was hired, I was not aware that eBay had a Porn site and learned of it several months later from one of my best eWatch employees. During my tenure the Porn Site was buried within the site through the Other then Other Categories and the Listing Categories were not visible.  Twice eBay communicated to the CS employees in SLC that eBay was considering removing the Porn Site: 1) Meg Whitman said in response to a question from Customer Support Manager Nita Call during CS Manager Meeting in 2004 that management was considering removing the Porn Site from eBay, 2) In 2005, Wendy Jones CS VP said in a SLC floor meeting that eBay Management was considering removing the Porn Site from eBay.  Even as late as 2007 employees of SLC, UT were told the same story.  Looking back on these events, In my opinion, it was a ruse, to keep good employees suspended in their employment who may have otherwise left.

Since that time as the vetting process has begun regarding Meg Whitman as a nominee for the Governor of California - many newsworthy articles have come forward raising some disturbing behaviors of Meg Whitman.  Please see the MEG Whitman REVEALED LINKS tab and Chapter 3 Meg Whitman Revealed.

In the words of Matt Durham, eBay's hired Attorney, to Theresa Corrada the Arbitrator which he repeated several times, in the presence of my attorneys and myself, that eBay Intended to Intentionally Discriminate against Mr. Kepas and there is nothing he can do about it.
